Not usually. Most medicals do not require any preparation. However, fasting may be needed for certain blood tests. We'll let you know in advance if this applies.

How long do medicals take?

Depending on the selected package, medicals range from 15 to 60 minutes per person.

Can we book in smaller groups?

Absolutely. We can accommodate anything from a single employee to 100+ staff depending on your schedule.

Are results confidential?

Yes. All health data is confidential and shared only with the individual. Employers receive anonymised reports and fitness-to-work certificates only.

Can individuals attend clinic directly?

Yes. Employees who prefer to visit our location can attend JACE Clinic by appointment.

Do you offer allergy testing?

Yes. We offer targeted allergy testing for common environmental and food allergens. This is especially useful for identifying potential workplace triggers.
